Part Time Sales Representative - Arlington Heights
An amazing and rewarding opportunity awaits an enthusiastic candidate to join a highly-respected and prestigious furniture showroom. C.A.I. Designs, Inc. represents a full range of luxury lines offering some of the finest designer’s furniture, lighting and accessories in the industry.
We are seeking a high energy, industry experienced part time sales person for our Arlington Heights location, to promote our luxury home furnishings. The ideal candidate will be energetic, assertive and polished with a proven track record of building customer relationships and cultivating sales.
Primary Sales Responsibilities:

Develop sale channels through a high level of commitment, energy, initiative and imagination.

Cultivate new clients and business by staying abreast with industry news, trends and projects, attending events and being alert to new market opportunities.

Promote new collections utilizing a full range of marketing materials, targeted efforts, and hosting showroom events.

Guide clients through the entire project cycle including; shopping, scheming, order placement and follow-up.

Extensive product and brand knowledge inclusive of new collections and discontinued products.

Work effectively in both a team environment as well as independently.

Adhere to professional standards, company policies and procedures.

Assertive, proactive, innovative and willing to go remarkable lengths to deliver quality to our customers.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in showroom
-
2 year college degree and/or equivalent career training in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design

Active interest in, or exposure to the interior design field
-
Excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills

Commitment to excellence

Responsible, flexible, co-operative and high energy

C.A.I. Designs Scottsdale is looking for a full time Lighting Specialist to work in our brand new showroom located in the Scottsdale Design District (opening in March of 2016).
The candidate should be hardworking, energetic, and possess strong communication skills.
Excellent attention to details is a must and 1-2 years of lighting sales experience is a PLUS.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Showroom lighting sales.
-Cultivating relationships with Designers.
-Entering customer orders.
-Following up with clients on order and claims.
-Identifying and creating new accounts.
-Handling lighting claims with customer service rep.
Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 -- 5:00.

Outside Sales Representative - Chicagoland Area
C.A.I. Designs, a division of Caminiti Associates, Inc., is a highly-respected and prestigious furniture and lighting wholesale showroom to the trade with locations throughout the United States. We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing company, based in the Chicagoland area.
If you are ambitious, independent and eager for the opportunity to work with an industry leader, C.A.I. Designs, seeks a highly motivated, well organized professional to represent our product lines in the Midwest Area, for the following States: IL, WI, and IN.
Our Outside Sales Representatives enjoy the opportunity to use their sales ability, drive and design creativity to grow the company's sales business in their assigned territories. You will be working in the Midwest territory with our established design client base with extensive sampling tools. You will prepare and present tailored product presentations to residential design, commercial and retailer accounts as well as prospect and develop new client relationships.
To qualify you must have a minimum of 2 years selling experience, a record of increasing sales and the demonstrated ability to work independently. An interior design/furniture background is important as a large part of the job will be getting involved with design projects our clients are working on.
